FL: Woman, Denied Restraining Order, Shoots on-again, off-again boyfriend

LAKE COUNTY, Fla. —

A Lake County woman says she was forced to open fire on an ex-boyfriend who was trying to break into her home.

Deputies said the shooting happened around 1 a.m. Wednesday at Rhonda Webb's Altoona home.

According to deputies, neighbors heard the man trying to make his way into the Webb's house.

She told investigators that she had no choice but to shoot as he broke in. She said she shot him in the stomach.
