John Lewis Remembers Police Attack on Selma Bridge 50 Years Ago

Rep. Lewis was one of hundreds of peaceful voting rights activists who were beaten 50 years ago on Bloody Sunday as Martin Luther King, Jr. led them on a march from Selma, Alabama to Montgomery. He recalls the event with “Democracy Now!”
