The Western media were very fast to accuse the Russian government in general and Vladimir Putin in particular of involvement in the murder of Boris Nemtsov. US officials could not miss the chance to develop anti-Putin rhetoric under such 'beneficial' circumstances. For example, US Senator John McCain does not care about the actual murderer of Boris Nemtsov: Putin is gulty anyway.
