It’s Your Backyard Ventura County The Ventura Police Department K-9, Rover, has been awarded a ballistic vest thanks to a nonprofit organization, Vested Interest in K9s, Inc., and a generous donation from The Hausman Family Foundation. $15,000 was donated to the charity to provide bullet and stab protective vests for K9s in the state of California. too bad the people couldn’t get their hands on some of those vests to protect themselves from the “law”.
