The mainstream media jokes around about how stupid people are going to be in the future.
The most noticeable illustration of how Americans have been dumbed down is through this nation’s unsuccessful public education system. At one time not that long ago America reigned supreme as a leading system for the rest of the world delivering the best quality free public K-12 education system on the planet. But over the last numerous decades while much of the rest of the world has been passing us by, it looks a dangerous federal agenda has been implemented to condition and brainwash a population of mindless, robotic citizenry that simply does what it is told, and of course the brainwashing commences very early in America’s schools.
But before researching into the many ways we have been duped and dumbed down through the years, a cold hard peek at the devastating result looks very much in order here. With doom and gloom warnings of impending collapse, the US economy is floundering still stuck in recession, emaciated and cut off from life support, as a result of waging too many conflicts around the world (be they the longest running costly defeats in US history or the fast rising dirty little Special Ops wars secretly raging on every corner of the globe or Obama’s personal favorite, state sponsored terrorism from drone-filled skies). As a instrument to the military industrial complex, the US government has chosen lasting war over its own people. This treasonous choice has decimated the middle class and created a college educated indentured class struggling in heavy debt to find any means to stay afloat. With an outsourced, now vanished manufacturing base, upward mobility and the American dream have become tragic casualties of modern life, now a sad, nostalgic water under the bridge reminder of the former greatness of America.

Very true article, and easily traceable to when our government started determining how to find that ‘sweet spot’.
The research was done (and is, somewhat still being done) by use of the military ASVAB testing score.
Much like an IQ test, the ASVAB (Armed Service Vocational Aptitude Battery) test was proposed to be a ‘placement tool’ to ensure that ‘the right people were placed into the right jobs’, but in reality, the ASVAB test actually only had one major component that followed an enlisted member or officer through his service years with him, and that was the main test score (which ranged from a theoretical ‘zero’ to a high of 139, where 100 was ‘average for an adult American soldier’). An example of this was a captain in the Marines I knew, who had an ASVAB score of 137 (quite a bright guy, with a bachelors in history and 10 years in service with additional work towards his MBA), and a Gunnery Sergeant I knew in the Marines who had quit school in 10th grade, served in Vietnam, and had 25 years in service. His ASVAB was 84. (not the sharpest pair of scissors in the box, but a real take-orders, go-get-em kinda guy).
I have noted that of the majority of police officers that have been recent ‘out-of-service’ hires in the past few years (that I could get them to disclose their main ASVAB score), most were in the 85-95 range. I have YET to meet a routine patrol cop hired in the past 10-years with a 100 or higher ASVAB score. THIS is EXACTLY what this article is detailing, the intentional ‘selection’ of ‘low-score’, ‘take the orders and don’t question them’ personnel that are intentionally being selected as the ‘centurions’ of this latter age, by the powers-that-be.

The masses will take the free ride as long as they can and never understand how or why their parents, aka the corporate gv would do this to them, like they are important to the elite. The culling is coming! I for one do not know anyone who will want to keep feeding some wall marters who only care about what is free for them.
