It’s Your Backyard Ventura County Miguel Martinez (DOB 12/15/92), of Oxnard, was sentenced today for the murder of Sun Cha Kays, committed on February 19, 2010. Superior Court Judge Charles Campbell sentenced Martinez to 25 years to life in prison on the charge of first-degree murder.
