The elite in our government have a secret so mystifying, so mind-blowing that they are doing everything they can to keep it under wraps from the public eye. Thankfully some of these documents slip through the cracks…including one that I found dated back to 1973!!
I urge you with everything in me to watch the below video in its entirety. It contains significant information and covers top-secret documentation put out by the RAND Corporation (a government think-tank). In it they openly admit how they experiment and train both our military and citizens on telepathy, psychokinesis, clairvoyance, and other paranormal workings.
