Regarding My Hiatus and “We’re Back”
Hello possums!
Some things are out of our control, and when they are, we just have to go with the flow.
I’m glad so many had fun surmising as to why I wasn’t around. If you saw that 55 foot tall Andromedan, you would understand. He was HOT! And his XJ98 star cruiser—out of this world.
As LW29501 said, the issue with excessive traffic at Starship Earth that had HostGator shut us down due to copious use of their “CPU resources” was resolved after lengthy discussions with them and many hours of work from LW.
When God gave me the Internet, he also gave me LW29501. If it weren’t for him, I probably would have decided to simply go back to WordPress.com because it was so much easier. Damn bots.
It’s nice to be popular, but not when it takes you offline for two days. And always one to go above and beyond, LW even threw up a few posts for me, because he knew I had company from Canada and wasn’t available even though the blog was back up.
So put your hands together for LW29501 for exemplary service to the Light! If you ever need a webmaster—he’s the bomb.
