On Sunday March 8, 2015 at 2 a.m., clocks in most North American cities will turn forward one hour.Daylight Saving Time will set in! It’s quite an easy process to do with clocks. However, it is less easy – for many – with their own bodies. We hear that the number of car crashes increases at the beginning ofDaylight Saving Time. More people have heart attacks. Many report feeling groggy or off kilter in the week following. Here are a few things you will need to do within the first week to signal in the unofficialbeginning of Spring.
10. Test and maintain your smoke detectors.
9. Change batteries at least twice a year.

7. Review your family’s emergency plan.
6. Ensure that you have a plan that works, and review it with family members to remind them what to do and where to go in case of an emergency.
