(Video) High School Students Takeover Wisconsin State Capitol Force Police To Stand Down

The student protesters marched in a six-lane-wide group that blocked Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.

The police stood down, as they simply could not arrest that many protesters. 

 

Madison, WI- 19 year old Tony Robinson was shot and killed by Maddison Police officer Matthew Kenny this past Friday as the Wisconsin police responded to a report of a man that was creating a safety hazard by jumping in and out of traffic. 

 

According to the Madison police, officer Kenny followed the teen illegally into his apartment and was allegedly struck in the head forcing him to shoot the teen resulting in his untimely death.

 

On this past Monday over 2000 protesters, most of them high school kids who walked out of class went to the state house to let their voices be heard that this latest killing of an unarmed man would not be tolerated.

Massive Protests Flood Streets And State Capitol Over Police Shooting Of Unarmed Teen Tony Robinson

It’s only been four days since 19-year-old Tony Robinson was shot and killed by a police officer in Madison, Wisconsin. But since then protests have swelled to almost unprecedented levels. The Madison Police department has even suffered a crippling cyber attack on its website that, at the time of this article’s publication, is still down.
