From September 2012, Grace Butler reads aloud this fascinating story of an Archbishop who tells his story from the afterlife. He was an empathic, sensitive child and found himself drawn to religion as the mysticism, ceremony and spiritual aspects called to his heart and soul. Religion was the only thing that satisfied that part of him. To sum it up, and I’m still listening, he dies and tells his story from what death feels like to how his “body” felt in the afterlife. There are 32 twenty minute segments but once you see one you can just save the channel if you’re interested. They’re on autoplay otherwise.
Take what resonates and leave the rest, as always.
There are a couple of mispronunciations but please hear the goodness of the reader and the amazing detail of the story. Anyone who has lost a dear, loved one may find this extra interesting and entertaining. I lost my sister a little over a year ago and have since thought a lot about the afterlife and have had a couple of interesting things happen around here that have absolutely convinced me i have someone around looking out for me and that we don’t die, which I kinda already knew!
Anyway, it’s an interesting perspective.
Hope you enjoy it.
