The publication of a book calling for an evenhanded US policy towards Israel has caused outrage.
Christian lobby groups want America to take a more aggressive stance against Israel’s enemies. “When the US State Department presents a brain dead plan to divide Jerusalem, our response will be ‘not on our watch’” vows TV evangelist, Pastor John Hagee.
John Hagee’s influential lobby group, Christians United For Israel, believes protecting Israel is of paramount importance. “Israel is the focus of the bible”.
John Hagee has gathered more than 3,000 supporters for an assault on Capital Hill.
“We will visit the offices of every senator and congressman”. Hagee’s particularly dismayed at President Bush for promoting peace negotiations with the Palestinians and using the word ‘occupation’.
“Every concession by Israel has only led to advanced terrorism”, he explains.
It is difficult to place judgement on personal, social and political relationships within the population of a country unless living it for years. This type of research would take intensive research and a good portion of luck and matters in any country can change rapidly as well. After living in Muslim majority countries for years and years I must say that secrecy in those countries are prevalent due to fear and other suppressions…I would need to count how often I was able to escape from criminal offences planned against me. There is no black and white so I consider this notion on concessions leading to increased persecution as very true. In these countries it is often tit for tat and if not applied so you are losing. I am not targeting anything in particular and I consider my experience in those countries as very valuable to understand all those harassments and ongoing hate propaganda. GOOD FRIENDS AMONG EACH OTHER??? YES, A THOUSAND TIMES, YES. Living at times also in Jordan I can very well memorize one student working for me at that time who felt harassed in my country as the seat next to his seat on public transportation was intentionally left unoccupied out of xenophobia one time…as he was guessing. Well, this didn’t happen to me once, however, normally always…they preferred to stand than sitting down next to me in this moderate country. TLC, please live in this country the life of an average person by not having access to all amenities and then decide again! I believe that the democracy I enjoyed there was beautiful, however, reality SEE COUNTLESS ROBBERIES / BREAKING INTO ONES HOUSE / STALKING / DEFAMATIONS / HARASSMENTS / HATE SPEECHES / SLANDER NAME ME ONE CRIME I HAVENT ENCOUNTERED THERE – ANIMAL ABUSE can catch up with anybody easily. Agreed?
i have lived in nova scotia my entire life, though have travelled a bit, so i can’t truly relate to what you say, though i feel you are sincere so i’ll take your word for it.
all people on earth have been subject to thorough brainwashing through education, religion, media etc but these dark ages are ending and there will be a new earth for all good souls to inhabit and a removal of all those who operate in fear and lies.
