It has been confirmed that an Islamic State terror group is running a camp in the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua, just 8 miles from the U.S. border, Judicial Watch claimed Tuesday. I posted an article a couple of days ago entitled “Jade Helm” Shocking- Illuminati Hidden Message Discovered In Upcoming Exercise” in which I recalled OUR RESEARCH ON THE FOREIGN TROOPS THAT WERE EARLIER REVEALED TO BE STATIONED IN MEXICO, RIGHT BELOW THE BORDER.

Citing sources that involve a “Mexican Army field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector,” the conservative watchdog group noted that the Islamic State, also known as ISIS or ISIL, is preparing only a few miles from El Paso, Texas, in the Anapra community of Juárez and in Puerto Palomas. Seems pretty obvious why Texas has been deemed “Hostile”.

The states in which Jade Helm will take place are Texas, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and quite possibly a section of California along the border with Mexico. And we can be sure the government is lying to us about the true dynamics of this exercise.

Judicial Watch sources stated that “coyotes” operating for the well known Juarez Cartel are smuggling Islamic State terrorists through the U.S. border around the New Mexico locations of Santa Teresa and Sunland Park, as well as “through the porous border between Acala and Fort Hancock, Texas.”

“These specific areas were targeted for exploitation by ISIS because of their understaffed municipal and county police forces, and the relative safe-havens the areas provide for the unchecked large-scale drug smuggling that was already ongoing,” Judicial Watch revealed.

Mexican intelligence sources point out the Islamic State plans to take advantage of the railways and airport facilities in the area of Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

“The sources also state that ISIS has ‘spotters’ positioned in the East Potrillo Mountains of New Mexico (largely handled by the Bureau of Land Management) to support with terrorist border crossing operations,” Judicial Watch noted. “ISIS is carrying out reconnaissance of local universities; the White Sands Missile Range; government facilities in Alamogordo, NM; Ft. Bliss; and the electrical power facilities near Anapra and Chaparral, NM.”
