Man gets stiletto through the skull during heated argument with wife

Sometimes couples get into heated debates, and other times, couples get into seriously heated debates, and apparently that’s what happened in the moments before a man showed up at a Jubail hospital in Saudi Arabia with a woman’s stiletto sticking out of his head.
Reports indicate that the couple was engaged in an argument when the woman stabbed her husband in the head with the heel of her shoe with force so great that it punctured his skull.
Hospital staff said they had never seen anything like it before.
