Obama Chooses Six Cities to Test Federal Police Scheme
Editor’s Note: Pretty soon the lines are going to be so blurry, it’s all going to be “law enforcement” with no local, state, or federal qualifier…
Under the guise of “restoring trust” between communities and police departments that have been militarized by the federal government, the Obama administration’s Justice Department announced this month that it had selected six U.S. cities to serve as pilot sites, to develop and deploy federal guidance for local police to create better procedures, reduce racial bias, and regain citizens’ trust.
The plan, which is controversial because it is line with Obama administration goals to further nationalize and federalize local law enforcement, has been officially dubbed the “National Initiative for Building Community Trust and Justice.” It will use U.S. taxpayer dollars to deploy “experts” and “researchers” charged with training officers to act in a manner that the DOJ deems just — in essence doing the bidding of the Obama administration. Officially, the Justice Department will be helping local officials “fight crime” under the scheme, according to news reports.
Initially, the program, which will cost American taxpayers almost $5 million, will aim to “assess” the relationship between local police and the communities they serve. Then, the DOJ squads will work to develop plans supposedly aimed at enhancing “procedural justice,” reducing bias, and supporting “reconciliation in communities where trust has been eroded,” the Justice Department said in a statement announcing the plan.
The first six cities to be targeted as pilot sites will be Birmingham, Alabama; Fort Worth, Texas; Gary, Indiana; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Stockton, California. Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price described the program as “a tool to strengthen our partnership with the justice system.” However, other police departments are also in the cross hairs. According to the official announcement, an unspecified number of “police departments and communities that are not pilot sites” will also be targeted for more DOJ “training” and “technical assistance.”

Here is a news story I found that tells everyone what to do once Martial Law starts. It made sense to me to stop the forces in each neighborhood from forming, thus giving your city back to its community. Too, anyone can do it any city from a 12 year old to 90 year old. Here is another story I found of great interest. Didn’t you ever wonder why none of these so called disgruntled US Generals and Admirals refuse to do one thing in their power and knowledge to stop this out of control government. They value bribe money more then honor and they refuse to get involved because the government would arrest them for all the dishonorable criminal orders/actions they did to their troops while wearing their uniform. Keep quiet or personally get exposed for the criminal actions each have taken that crossed their desks that were illegal.? Each sold their heart and soul to the devil, and now want to go to heaven, and play the innocent card to the citizens.

Yes. The President orders the #1 uniform active duty member General in this position and this General then gives all orders down to their chain. So if there was a honest General, who protects our freedoms, consitution, and his oath, he would refuse because they are illegal by us law. Instead, he does not care what any printed law says, and gives the order down to your military in uniform to perform these illegal acts. So how can your military be for the constitution and its citizens when this General #1 military member head openly breaks us printed laws? Lets say all the military exercises in Fl Ft Lauderdale and Maimi a few months ago in the black helecopeters? We all know this is 100% against all constitutional bacis law, yet your top military General gives this orders to allow it to happen? So isn’t he the one who is behind and the specific link for carrying out all orders the military does?
We’re told that involuntary servitude and slavery are illegal but the government acts as though they own us.. We’re free or we’re slaves it’s one or the other, you can’t have both. Are we slaves or not? and if not, then why are they forcing us to follow laws that aren’t applicable to us?
We are not parties to their CONstitution, we are not signatories to their CONstitution, we have not sworn any oaths to be bound by and obey their CONstitution and laws. So how precisely are we enslaved to something we have nothing to do with??
I’ve had attorneys tell me “it’s a social contract”… that’s interesting, especially given that fact that the government has abrogated many of its contractual duties, one being the duty to protect the individual. I can find no exculpatory clauses within their CONstitution, so any breach such as abrogating the duty to protect the individual in exchange for the individual’s duty to allegedly OBEY, has NULLIFIED any ALLEGED social contract !
Since they love to tout the social contract, lets look at contract law. When the private man/woman is not a party/signatory to some agreement, contract, compact or CONstitution, then the private man/woman cannot be obligated to be bound by or to obey any codes, laws, statutes, policies, provisions, etc, arising from, of or by any alleged authority granted by said agreement, contract, compact or CONstitution.
So, your proof/evidence MUST be factual and personal firsthand information, your proof/evidence shall not be comprised of hearsay, your opinions, someone else’s opinions, your beliefs, someone else’s beliefs, your feelings, someone else’s feelings, assumptions, presumptions, hypotheticals, conjecture, sophistry, fraud, lies, scenarios or what if’s.
Nor shall you proffer statutes, codes, policies, nor shall you proffer the CONstitution or any CONstitutional amendments as that presupposes that any of it is applicable without proving it’s applicability to the private man/woman!
