Maybe I missed the IAL part.
I suspect those earlier sightings of military hardware reported moving across the country for perhaps three years now may have been in preparation for Jade Helm 15. We were all wondering what that was all for. If it was for JH15 there must be a lot of gear already in place, so it has to be even bigger if we add that to what we’re seeing now.
