Michigan a Free and Independent Nation=State has established Grand Juries at Common Law in several Counties to address We THE People’s grievances.
(Michigan – 14 February 2015) – We THE People of Michigan have given notice to the Governor and legal industry members (Michigan Bar) of the Peoples grand juries commencing investigations into the corruption and abuses of the courts and public offices.
We THE People of Michigan began to establish the return to grand juries in each county in 2011 – 2012 with public notices based upon grand juries at common law being recognized in the Bill of Rights in the Fifth (5th) Amendment and by U.S. Supreme Court rulings, the most robust being U.S. v. Williams (1992). Justice Antoine Scalia, writing for the majority, said, “It belongs to no branch of the institutional government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people…The common law 5th Amendment demands a functioning traditional grand jury independent from the judicial branch with power to investigate criminal wrongdoing requiring no authorization from any court, it swears in its own witnesses and investigates and deliberates in total secrecy.”
Thousands of People across America are working at the grassroots level to return justice to our out‐of‐control courts and public offices and this is growing exponentially. Attorneys and Judges who have worked overtime throughout the past 100 years to destroy and hide from the People in total disregard of lawfull due process, the very method that can return true liberty to the People. Jefferson said that “government by the consent of the People”, which equates to the use of the grand jury by We THE People.
Attorneys and Judges tell us that the Common Law has become outdated, obsolete and that the 5th Amendment Grand Jury is for the exclusive use of federal courts. Anyone with experience in the state courts will tell you that the “Bill of Rights” has been over-thrown by Attorneys and Judges who believe they are above the law and own THE Peoples courts. Only when the People become aware of this attitude and mind set of the legal industry will the People, through the Grand Juries, be able to secure our unalienable Rights and Liberty again.
Judges at the highest level have arrogantly refused the People access into their own courts by fraud on the people and on the court.
The duty of the Grand Jury is to correct all wrong doing whether it is in the judicial
or political realms, and that’s exactly what they, the politicians and attorneys are afraid of.
Thomas Jefferson said: “Educate and inform the whole mass of the people…They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty.”
