Many people are unaware that most of the vitamins in lemons are found in the skin and seeds. Here’s a recipe for a homemade tea that you can keep steeping in a pot or kettle all the time.
Healing Tea:
Take a good chunk of organic ginger, sliced thinly, and a palmful of organic lemon seeds, crushed or cut up, a spoonful of organic turmeric, dash of fresh cracked black pepper and a whole organic lemon, cut into a few pieces, dash of natural salt. Add a clove or two of organic garlic if you can take the taste! Add to a kettle of distilled water and simmer on a low heat, don’t boil.
The lemon tree isn’t called the tree of life for nothing!
