In 1999, at the young age of 14, Adam Hildreth and his 6 friends launched the famous English social networking site called Dubit. Dubit became one of the most popular websites in 2004. By 2005, Dubit had a net worth of over $3.7 million. Adam later founded Crisp thinking, which developed software that protected people from online hackers, harassment and spamming. He is estimated to have a net worth of $38 million. In a study of British Millionaires of the Future Hildreth was predicted to be worth £40m by 2020.

At the young age of 14, Sean Belnick founded bizchair.com. Bizchair.com is an online retailer for all sorts of furniture. Sean Belnick began with an initial investment of 500 dollars and ran his business operations from his room. He was inspired to create the website because of his fascination with selling things on the internet. In 2004, he moved into his first warehouse and by 2009, he had more than 702,000 square feet of warehouse space to work with. In 2010, bizchair.com was grossing at $58 million in sales and received Orion Energy’s Systems’ Environmental Stewardship Award for the company’s reduction in energy consumption using Orion’s lighting platform. Sean Belnick’s net worth is reported to be $42 million.

Fraser Doherty is the Chief Executive Officer at Super Jam. This Scottish millionaire was taught jam making by his grandmother when he was just 14. He started producing jam and selling it to his neighbours. He left school at the age of 16 to fully concentrate on his passion. In 2007, he began supplying super jam to 184 Waitrose stores. Today, Fraser Doherty supplies to all major UK stores and had sales of over 1.2 million dollars in 2011. Fraser Doherty is currently worth $2 million. He published his first book on 5 August 2010, The SuperJam Cookbook. The book contains recipes for making jams, cakes and desserts and was launched with a “Vintage Tea Party” in East London.

David Karp founded Tumblr in 2007 and did so during a time when blogging and social networking was the best means to get your name and ideas across. He was able to sell his website so well that he managed to get 4.2 million users in just a few months. And much because of the success of his website, he was able to garner over $5.5 million worth of funding for it. That’s not bad for a 24-year-old entrepreneur and aspiring leader.

Andrew is the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Groupon, one of the leading coupons sites in the world. His site became popular among local businesses that wanted to promote their products and services whilst offering a decent and noteworthy discount. He launched the site in 2008. From the $1 million invested on this particular project, he was able to make it $600 million. And he’s just 35 years old. In February 2015, he released an iPhone app called Detour, which sells unconventional audio tours of major cities. The initial release offered seven different San Francisco expeditions, each costing $5.

Alex Tew, a 24-year old student from Cricklade in Wiltshire, England, created The Million Dollar Homepage in August 26, 2005 to raise funds to pay for his university education. He was about to begin a three-year Business Management course at the University of Nottingham, and was concerned that he would not be able to pay for it. He then created a home page consists of a million pixels sold for $1 per pixel in 10 × 10 blocks. The aim of the website was to sell all of the pixels seen in the image. On January 1 2006, the final 1,000 pixels were put up for auction on eBay. The auction closed on 11 January with a winning bid of $38,100 that brought the final tally up to $1,037,100 (gross). This internet-made millionaire made $1m in just 5 months. His goal was achieved far beyond his expectations.
