WA: Armed Victim Stops Robbery, Shoots Suspect

SEATTLE — A 19-year-old robbery suspect was wounded by his would-be victim in South Seattle Thursday afternoon, police said.
Witnesses told police the wounded man had tried to rob another man outside a store near Martin Luther King Way South and S. Othello Street. But the victim pulled out a gun and shot the robber in the thigh and the calf.
