Images - In order to raise awareness to the problems and challenges caused by the ballooning human population, Tom Butler published Overdevelopment, Overpopulation, Overshoot, a visual representation of the impact of the global population explosion. Here are just a few samples of what you’ll find in this magnificent, and equally terrifying, book.

  • Amazing photographs. I seen the China video he did and simply something no one would forget once you see it. Beautiful yet scarey, like these. His prints sell for $1,000s of dollars each, and are the most perfect detailed ever seen in photos.

  • the world is far from overpopulated. the few who run this planet keep us in a state of lack. there’s plenty of room and plenty of resources, once you take greed and power-mongering out of the equation.

    • Very true. Everyone in the world could fit in the state of Texas with a medium house , front and back yard, gardens and lots of park land. Don;t litsen to the elites B.S. to make you feel guilty for being alive and thus they can create artificial shortages and taxation from us the sheep. Fly in a plane and all you see is wild lands except as this author pointed out is urban areas which themselves are to densely populated. Thus leading to stresses and illness for this is not how we are meant to live. People in one area make it far easier for control of those populations, which is why the U.N. wants all people in dense urban areas with no one in a rural setting …AGENDA 21. Those in the rural can survive without government in troubled times as history proved in WW2 in England and the Depression( purposely brought on to steal the wealth of the middle class) in North America.
Don;t believe any of the lies for we no naught where they end or begin.

  • tempestking

yes i do understand the true impact of the world bean over populated and that is kids starving all the time ……

    • The world is far from being overpopulated it can comfortably support billions & billions more…

The reason “kids are starving all the time” is because 1% of the world’s population controls 90% of the worlds wealth…

Are people really that stupid to believe this garbage??

Maybe you should do some research instead of watching T.V…

“Waking times” chooses a couple of selective photos & is obviously a disinformation shrill..

Don’t you realize that the people that “overpopulate” the planet are just like you, so are you going to kill yourself to set an example so the rich can have some more room?

First & last time I will read an article by you Waking Times…Why dont you commit suicide & set an example?

  • The pollution is caused by the industrial complex brought about by western so called civilization and not by over population. The Shem Native American and Oriental people are people of the earth and had to choose westernization as a means of survival. Or else the white man would have destroyed the Oriental people and their culture, just like they are doing to the Native Americans.
