FBI’s Secret ‘Eye In The Sky’ Caught Circling Baltimore Protesters (VIDEO)

Pete Santilli & Deborah Jordan travelled to Baltimore and witnessed several anomalies during the aftermath of civil unrest in Baltimore. Despite the relative low number of vandalism & violence incidents, there was a strong presence of surveillance aircraft including blimps, drones and planes over the almost million people in Baltimore. Overkill; to say the least.
A Baltimore resident named Shayne has unwittingly uncovered a secret FBI overhead surveillance campaign carried out over Baltimore during the riots that set the city ablaze late last month. The operation involved two planes circling the city, and as WaPo notes, if equipped with the latest technology, the aircraft would have been capable of monitoring “dozens of city blocks” at a time. The revelations have prompted the ACLU to demand answers as to the legality of what an unnamed official calls FBI “aerial support”:

Clueless. It was not a Gov eye, so they had nothing to do with it, as it would be illegal. Now it just happens the Gov hires and pays a contracter to do it and give them the data, now thats legal. That is how the Gov gets around all the laws they were not suppose to do. You hire and pay contracters to do their dirtywork. Basic Gov 101 to dodge the laws they have to live by…
