Freedom Flotilla III Sets Sail Again To End Gaza Siege

10 May 2015 – Marianne of Gothenburg left her home port at 7 pm on Sunday 10 May, the first Flotilla III ship to set sail for Gaza in the new campaign.
Rumbo a Gaza launched a crowd-funding campaign in February to help finance the new Freedom Flotilla. The boats will sail in the coming months challenging the illegal blockade imposed by Israel on the Palestinian population of the Gaza Strip. This is a political action of the international civil society in solidarity with Gaza claiming that the human rights of the Palestinian population on the other shore of the mediterranean must be respected and demanding that sailing from and to Gaza must be permitted. The Palestinians of the Gaza Strip have a right to freedom of movement and liberty of commerce.
