Oil Pulling+ Super Duper Teeth Whitener/Restorer
(If you regularly brush your teeth, but your teeth are still brownish, this one is for you!)
First brush your teeth with clay or something healthy.
1. We now build upon the basic ingredient of regular daily ‘oil pulling’: coconut oil (1-2 tsp).
2. We add a pinch of ‘baking soda’ to coconut oil, (for alkalinity).
3. Next we add a pinch of green mineral, which the teeth needs to build the surface…. I use Holy Basil… also Moringa works nicely.
4. Add a smaller pinch of Boron, which will harden teeth and bones and will reduce candida, like the other ingredients.
5. Finally, add in some enzymes… this will ‘eat’ up tiny stuck matter, digesting it… breaking it down.
For larger amounts, I have added ingredients 2-4 to a powdery mix, then I dip my tooth brush into it, and then add a dollop of coconut oil, and I pop an enzyme supplement…. super easy.
Leave in mouth for as long as possible… or 20 min. or so… and spit out and rinse.
After one or a few tries… don’t be surprised if your teeth have a whiter, fresher, pearly and shiny surface… you will be less afraid to smile, from here on… and will surely develop a situation where others smile back at you more and more….
