Restoring the Rule of Law – The People of the World Have Created a Truly Independent Tribunal
A Beacon of Light Leading Us Out of the Darkness of CorruptionThe ITNJ shines the light of Truth on fascism and tyranny creeping into our lives and taking over our world.When it is revealed that the courts are not following their own rules and procedures, and the known fraud of the hidden contracts is proven and then confirmed by a higher court, the entrenched systems of domination and control will be exposed for the entire world to see. Unlawful precedents will be overturned and criminal corporations posing as governments will no longer be able to use their for-profit court systems to enforce rules and regulations that have no basis in Natural Law. Then we will begin to see stunning changes sweep our world.
The ITNJ Has Universal JurisdictionThe people need a higher court, and the people now have that court. No longer will the rich and powerful be able to hide behind the corporate veil and claim immunity from prosecution.The International Tribunal for Natural Justice is an international court similar to the Nuremberg Tribunal, where government officials in Germany were tried for crimes against humanity. It is written into the Treaty of the International Tribunal for Natural Justice that neither corporate immunity, nor colour of right, can indemnify a natural person for harm caused to another. And it is written into the Constitution of the ITNJ that the ITNJ has universal jurisdiction, recognizing no borders against justice. The ITNJ therefore stands positioned to hear cases against the living men and women responsible for the worst crimes and atrocities of our day, regardless of nation, office, rank, or nobility.

All over the world, Courts increasingly deliver chaos instead of justicePolice officers who kill serve shockingly short jail terms or walk free. Judges increasingly rule in favour of corporations and banks rather than in alignment with Truth, Reason, and the Rule of Law. Verdicts like these are such a shock to both common sense and common dignity that by their very nature they cry out for Justice. These are amongst the kinds of cases the ITNJ will hear:
- An Oregon man is jailed for collecting rainwater on his own farmland.
- A Canadian regulatory agency raided an organic farm and killed an entire herd of heirloom Shropshire sheep to check for disease. They were healthy.
- In Sweden a boy of 7 was taken from his parents in a SWAT-style raid because they were home-schooling him and not following the recommended vaccine schedule. Five years later, the state has still not returned him and has taken custody rights away from his parents.
- A man was arrested for possession of firearms in Washington, DC, even though he had a concealed carry permit, his weapons were locked in a gun case, and the gun restrictions had been ruled unconstitutional.
- Hundreds of thousands farmers in India have committed suicide because contracts for GMO seeds have driven them bankrupt.
- Approval of the Belo Monte dam in Brazil is displacing indigenous tribes from their ancestral lands downriver from the dam.
- International aid workers running an orphanage turned it into a brothel.
- The US Supreme Court allowed military detention of civilians to stand as legal in the US.
- Shipping companies dumping oil near a fishing village in Nigeria have destroyed the livelihood of the entire village.
- Workers at a chemical factory in Bangladesh and people living in the village near the factory have alarming rates of cancer from breathing the poisonous gases.
Our signatures on the ITNJ Treaty mandate the establishment of the ITNJYour signature on the ITNJ Treaty is of critical importance. Nothing less than a worldwide mandate is needed for change of this magnitude to occur. 800 years after the Magna Carta, the People of the World demand JusticeThe International Tribunal for Natural Justice is scheduled to hold its inaugural ceremonial seating on June 15, 2015, near Runnymede, England, to coincide with the 800th anniversary of the signing of the Magna Carta. Once again on that date and in that place, the People in and of the World will demand justice. The founders of the ITNJ have timed this event to make a powerful statement, and to maximise advantage of the press on hand for nearby Magna Carta celebrations. Two days of speakers leading up to the Ceremonial Inaugural Seating of the Tribunal will be broadcast around the world via secure live-stream connection. The theme for June 13 will be Stepping Out Of the Old Paradigm. The theme for June 14 will be Stepping Into the New Paradigm. And the inaugural ceremonial proceedings of the International Tribunal for Natural Justice will be held near the place of the signing of the Magna Carta, 800 years to the day.
When Natural Law is the rule, entrenched systems of domination and control will give way to the will of the People.

The ITNJ and EPHRA have formed an alliance. The ITNJ is the scales of justice and EPHRA is the sword.EPHRA has over 100 Barristers standing ready to prosecute gross violations of human rights. Under the leadership of Dr. Chris Cleverly LLB (hons) Hon.LLD, over 100 barristers from the new Emerging Peoples Human Rights Authority (EPHRA) will serve as Independent Prosecutors bringing Human Rights cases before the ITNJ. EPHRA will leverage London access to global arbitration courts, multinational corporations, international law firms, and multilateral organisations with class action methodology and evidence assembly by way of pan-Africa social networks and mobile technology collation to leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of restoration of Natural Justice viz genocide, endemic poisoning of water and food, fracking, exploitative mining, engineered wars, funding of military coups, vaccination programs using African genome as litmus for depopulation, and any other gross human right violations.
Any living man or woman may bring a case before the ITNJ. No longer will justice be accessible only to those who can afford to buy it.Article 15 of the Constitution of the International Tribunal for Natural Justice reads: Representation: Parties may appear personally or by way of legal representation, or other approved agent or nominee. This means anyone may bring a case before the ITNJ, and may stand alone or have the assistance of any agent of their choosing, with no requirement that their agent has or has not been licensed or admitted to practice law by any governmental or judicial authority, or holds a BAR card or any other certification of any association or corporation. The ITNJ will not be operated as a closed union shop. This Tribunal will be open to all who can follow court procedures. Assistance in filing a case will be offered by the Clerk of the Court, and detailed training in court procedures will be provided by the Natural Justice Academy.
