(Before It's News)

[Madison, Wisc...] Four years ago, tens of thousands of protesters rallied at the State Capitol for weeks in opposition to Gov. Scott Walker's public sector collective bargaining reforms known as Act 10. On the first day of those protests, more than 13,000 people stormed the capitol. Many expected a similar presence as the debate over right-to-work officially began in the Senate, but just about 2,000 people came to Madison. The protest also fizzled out by mid-afternoon as the public hearing was still going on.
