Concord PD Unlawfully Enters Home
A couple of my good friends from Massachusetts submitted this video. In it, you can see Concord PD entering his home against his wishes, and try to push past him to see what is going on. What these officers do not know is that my friends are well versed in what their rights are, as they have been Cop Blocking for years.
The Supreme court recently ruled that if police want in your home and there are two people there, one of which doesnt want to let police in, and another who does want to let them in- they can enter without a warrant. Luckily, in this case, NO ONE wanted them coming in. Smart move guys!
My friend Tim, being the salesman that he is, tries to be polite about it. As you can see in the video, this is not a language cops understand. They continue to attempt entry until my other friend makes it clear that they are not welcome!
Great job, friends, on getting the entire encounter on video. Let this be a lesson to those of you that think police obey the law they are charged with enforcing. Remember, DO NOT let cops in your house! Talk to them as they stand outside the door. These cops clearly believe they have extra rights. Silly pigs, “Badges Don’t Grant Extra Rights!”
