How To Identify and Resolve Inner Conflict

When we try to cloak parts of ourselves, those parts will find a way to expand though us until we can’t hide them anymore.
When we do not accept and acknowledge all parts of self, including our shadow aspects, this will cause internal conflicts within us.
The conflict is your soul wanting to you to live your true desires, not what you’ve been told to do. Be aware of how you feel before and after every choice you make, begin to see the patterns you have created and why.
Try to feel and notice all parts of yourself, even the parts you try to hide away.
Do you feel guilt or shame about a natural drive or desire that you embody?
If your answer is yes, then ask yourself “Is this drive apart of me and my authentic purpose?”
Inner conflict can be seen as a way to expand one’s knowing of self through self realization and acceptance.
