How to stay Positive in a world of Darkness

I received a message on facebook recently, this is what it said:

How do you stay so positive? I see a lot of negativity around me and I try to bring light to all the darkness but it’s draining so much of my spirit. I feel tired all the time, like my soul is being sapped…

Now obviously there is are two sides of this equation. One half is about you, and one half is about everything around you. In truth, these two things are one in the same, but in our 3D paradigm its a lot easier to identify them individually as if they were separate. (I’ll talk more in depth about the two sides of this coin below the video).
