A punch to the head is potential deadly force.
Vivian Becker, who witnessed the shooting, said the victim was attempting to pick a fight with the shooter. The fight apparently stemmed from an argument the two men were having.
“It was self-defense,” Beck told The Star. “He wasn't trying to kill him, just trying to shoot him in his leg.”
