LIVE FEED: Massive Explosion and Fire at Kiev, Ukarine Oil Depot, 180 Rescuers Feared Dead. Fire Near Air Force Base Ammo Dump And Propane Storage Tanks

The Ukrainian goverment is blaming Russian sabotage for this.  180 are feared dead, the fire continues to burn at an oil storage depot as well as a nearby military barracksand is now threatening an ammo depot.  They are asking everyone within a ten mile radius to evacuate immediately.  There is black rain in Kiev from the explosion.  The fire continues to rage, stay tuned..
