These FEMA and DHS RVs were spotted in the southern parking lot of the FedEx Trucking Terminal In Texas, Just South of Georgetown. The last time this many Mobile Command Centers were spotted in one place was right before the big Fertilizer Plant Explosion. So, This is just a heads up to them being on the move and in the area.
