Man claims to be ‘ninja’ assaults woman, cops
A man with colorful facial tattoos was arrested in Boston over the weekend for assaulting a woman at a public transportation station. But when authorities showed up, things took an interesting turn.
As the responding officers approached 30-year-old Josue Estrada, who had apparently taken a seat on a bench as if nothing had happened after assaulting the woman, he said, “Are you ready? Are you ready to try and take on this (expletive) ninja?”
The man then “raised both of his arms in a fighting stance, clenched both of his fists and bared his teeth while breathing heavily.”
The man continued to be combative towards the officers, who apparently were not ninja-ready and eventually used pepper spray to subdue Estrada, who was arrested and charged with indecent assault and battery.
