Walmart has management meetings every morning with the employees. The first time I saw one as a contractor it reminded me of the communists saluting the chairman. Walmart also has social media trolls who do a lot of data mining for the name “Walmart” on the internet. They know the “conspiracy” people are putting out the Walmart/Jade Helm connection insanity. I’m sure they told their employees if they are asked questions about it, don’t talk about it because it would make them look bad to be connected to it – and it would hurt productivity for workers to talk to customers about anything but finding something in store.
The stores were probably shut down because a regional union was about to be voted on or even for low profit margins. Walmart is “my” absolute last choice to shop in because they are killing the US labor market with low wages and I hear the same from a lot of people.
Pete Sanshilli can suck it.
