Finally! We’ve found the United State’s only good cop or did we??? Watch the video, making the rounds on Facebook, where a cop appears to tell two other officers to respect the constitution. Then ask yourself, is this real?
STANDING OVATION!! WE NEED MORE OF THIS. IF COPS STOP SITTING AROUND AND WATCHING OTHER COPS DO DIRT THIS WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE. COP PUTS ANOTHER COP IN CHECK FOR HARASSING CITIZENS DOING NO WRONG!

Before I go off and praise this officer, I want to remind everyone that police have staged acts of kindness to help their public image before. For a quick reminder, I’ll point out two most notable ones.
The NYPD officer who bought a homeless man boots and a random tourist that just so happened to have snapped a picture. Turns out that the NYPD officer couldn’t keep his story straight and the random woman was actually a cop who worked in the Public Safety Communications Division. In fact, not even the homeless man was homeless, it was all a set up (see for yourself).
The other staged PR event by police that tricked almost everyone was the “Cop Rocks out to Taylor Swift.” Having people think that the officer had just got into his car, and was unaware he was being recorded, the video shows the officer jamming out to the Taylor Swift song like a 12 year old. Though after some pretty basic questions and the lack of planning on the police side of things (like they didn’t think anyone would question the video), it was quickly discovered to be a PR stunt (see here or video below).
So, with that being said, the CopBlock Network is going to offer a $500 reward* for the following information regarding this video. If you have, or know, the information I’m seeking below then this money could be yours.
Information must be verified to get reward, reward expires once information is made public and to contact us, click here.
I actually hope that my gut feeling is wrong here. That someone will find the officers and that they’ll speak out as to why they had this interaction. Hopefully, it inspires more police officer to do the same. Or this video is bogus and was staged, or dubbed over with some other intention. For me, it seems to unreal for any of the interactions I’ve had or witnessed in my 15 years of interacting with police.
Again, $500 reward for anyone who can provide us with the names of the officers, their departments, person who recorded the video and/or the entire video itself. Let the internet work its magic!
