Video – Could new discoveries of possibly habitable planets made by the Kepler space observatory help find proof of alien life?
The most recent discovery is of Kepler-452b. It is the smallest planet to date discovered orbiting in the habitable zone of a G2-type star, which is very similar to our sun.
The star we call Kepler-444 was discovered to have five Earth-size planets. Experts say that this 11.2 billion years old star could help find life on planets far older than we expected.
