Those summer and winter blends are biggest oil companies scams. Those blends are to oxygenate fuel only to burn 20% more gas than just regular gasohol. Many other states have already ban oxygenated fuel since it makes air dirtier due to burning more gas and known to cause cancer. Time for Robin Hood Tax against oil companies since oil companies profit over people. Low income people do better on welfare than paying high gas prices to work.
