Devastating SUPER TYPHOON heading for China

The Asian country has been put at its highest-level alert ahead of the arrival of the weather phenomenon called Chan-hom which is expected to arrive in the next few hours.
Scores of trains and flights have also been cancelled as it braces itself for the brutal winds which are currently circling coastal areas.
It is due to hit the eastern province of Zhejian on Saturday morning.

Chan-hom has already caused caused 20 injuries as it moved over islands in southern Japan. The Japan Meteorological Agency warned of further strong winds and high waves overnight.
The super typhoon is expected to reach Shanghai over the weekend, where forecasters say it faces its strongest storms in 35 years.
Zhejiang's Civil Affairs Bureau said nearly 60,000 people have been evacuated from coastal areas.
China's railway service said more than 100 trains between the region's cities have so far been cancelled.
In the seaside city of Zhoushan, all flights in and out of its airport have been canceled.

The city has halted bus services and speedboat ferry services. Several tourist spots also were closed.
