The Ku Klux Klan plans to rally in Columbia, South Carolina almost a month to the day after nine people were killed there by a shooter motivated by racial hatred. Now, there could possibly be a showdown fast developing in Columbia, as a New Black Panther Party connected group plans a rally in the state capitol of South Carolina on July 18th.
