Traffic officer refuses to give his name and is too busy to answer why he was doing 20 mph over the speed limit.
All too often police believe they are above the law.
As I sat down to start piecing together several videos I have of police breaking the law, I received a call from my son to pick him up. This is what I filmed on our way home. This is why I will never pay a ticket in KCK.
