If change were convenient, everyone would change their lives. There would be no unhappiness and everyone would be living the life of their dreams. Unfortunately, change doesn’t work that way. It’s often intimidating or downright frightening.
The reason why change is so tough is because it requires us to shift out of our of our vibrational “comfort zone.” This is the spot that we’ve settled into. You’ll know that your “vibrational comfort zone” is a positive one if you’re happy with your life. If you wake up excited to start the day and go to sleep feeling completely fulfilled. If you don’t wake up positively thrilled to live your life, then that means your comfort zone needs to be shaken up. The only way to do this is to figure out what change you’d like to see in your life and come up with one or two steps that you could take to get you close to that goal.
