SPRINGFIELD, Mo. –
A man from Springfield who fired a shotgun at a vehicle following an argument now faces charges after his shot hit an uninvolved bystander in his yard a block away. Joseph Morrison was in the Greene County jail on Wednesday in lieu of a $250,000 bond.
