Negligent Judge Leaves Toddler in Hot Car to Die

(Before It's News)

On July 24, 2015 a tragic death took place that has left residents angered after Garland County Circuit Judge Wade Naramore (< – links to his FB) left his toddler son in a hot car for 4 hours in Hot Springs, Arkansas.  The local fire department and ambulance responded to a call of an unresponsive child that had been left in a hot car.   Those that responded tried to revive the child, but were unsuccessful.  Thomas Naramore was pronounced dead at the scene.

It is reported that the not so honorable judge picked his son up from daycare and left him in the car for 4 hours.  The judge claims he was distracted due to being under an unusually high level of stress.

The judge seems to be enjoying the benefits of special privilege as he has yet to be charged with any crime.  The Hot Springs police have said that a complete investigation is underway and the body of Thomas has been sent to the state crime lab.  Any other person that had done this would have already been sitting inside a cage waiting to meet their fate.

While this is something that could happen to anyone, those that do not have the same privilege as judges, police, and other agents of the state are hotcardealt with swiftly and locked up right away.  Example:  Two weeks ago a man left his girlfriend’s child alone in a hot vehicle and was arrested as soon as he returned to the scene.  Also in Surprise, AZ on July 4th a mother is facing charges after leaving her child in a hot vehicle while she shopped at Wal Mart.

I am not saying the two in the examples above did not deserve to be arrested, because they deserve everything coming to them for their negligence.  What I am saying is this judge should not have the privilege to be out on the street while the authorities pussy foot around with an investigation of an elected official that all too often comes back with the finding of no wrong doing.

These are the same judges that conspire with child protective services to remove children from homes at an alarming rate with no due process of the law.  Of course some of those removals turn out to be justified, but there have been many stories lately of children being taken away from their parents because the parents let them walk around their neighborhood alone or because the children are beinghome schooled.CBN-network-banner

Local residents of Garland County are calling for Naramore to be charged with Negligent Homicide. If you are as disgusted with this hypocrisy as we are, then we are asking that you contact the prosecuting attorney and tell them you want charges filed. The Garland County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office can be reached here.

This child was silenced by his father who is charged with supposedly protecting children on a daily basis in his everyday duties as a juvenile judge.  Please consider flooding the phone lines and demanding justice for this child.  No living thing should have to face such a terrible way to die.  I am truly disgusted with this senseless death of Thomas Naramore.
