When my friend Steve sent me an e-mail containing the basic issue of an article I did not believe it. He provided a long list of sites including the Department of Justice, all verified the enclosed information. Any way this is turned, it is a blatant violation of American law. It is just one more nail in the coffin of our nation. Our government does not have the right or responsibility, to act as a guarantor of life of its citizens. Cash payments to victims regardless of circumstance violate the basic constitutional principles upon which this nation was founded. An American congressman in the early 1800’s addressed congress on this very matter. To writ: Davy Crockett “ Mr. Speaker, I have as much respect for the memory of the deceased and as much sympathy for the suffering of the living as any man in this House, but we must not permit our respect for the dead or our sympathy for a part of the living to lead us into an act of injustice to the balance of the living. I will not go into the argument to prove that congress has no power to appropriate this money as an act of charity. Every member upon this floor knows it. We have the right, as individuals to give as much of our own money as we please in charity, but as members of congress we have no right to so appropriate a dollar of the public money. Some eloquent appeals have been made to us on the ground that it is a debt due the deceased. Sir this is no debt. We cannot without gross corruption, appropriate it as a charity. I cannot vote for this bill, but I will give one weeks pay, and if every member of congress will do the same, it will amount to more than the bill asks”. There was silence in the House; the bill received very few votes and was defeated. (Few congressmen chose to support out of their own moneys, Crocket did.)
Obama is the most divisive president or for that matter leader of any nation in history. He separates us by race, gender, color, class, ethnicity and even orientation. That is the CHAGE Obama is giving America. His HOPE is to push this once great nation into a second civil war and then into his communist desires. Lest we forget he was a community organizer, for those of you who don’t know what a community organizer does, let me explain. Firstly a community organizer is a communist, because community organizers are Bolsheviks, as were prevalent in the Russian Revolution. They organize resentment, –distrust,—disharmony, against the rest of society. It is for the HOPE of rape, looting, and revenge that his constituency lives. Community organizers use special technical language to attain their goal—HOPE, CHANGE, FORWARD, they were the Schlagwörter of the Russian communist revolution of 1919. Today much of this is financed by George Soros (Schwartz) the billionaire who has made it his life’s work to destroy free market economies for fun and profit.
Obama’s most recent effort goes to compensation for the victims of the Charlestown massacre, killing nine Blacks. Dylann Roof is insane; there can be no other possible conclusion. He should be executed at once. We do not need our gene pool polluted by such garbage, nor do we need a lengthy trial. There is unfortunately a side story to this catastrophe that deals with Obama and his response to the calamity.
For some time our government has instituted a national policy of compensating victims of terror, survivors to be rewarded out of the public purse. Our president has taken this to a new level. On September 22, 2001 congress created a $7 billion fund to compensate victims of the 9-11 attack. Average payment to survivors was $2,083,000.00. Kenneth Feinberg a lawyer who was appointed special victims compensation manager stated, “Bad things happen to good people every day in this country and it is not part of our heritage for taxpayers’ to be the insurer. To give these people, on average, $2 million tax free flies in the face of American history”. (CNN) To that we add, Obama was educated in secondary education in a Madrasa in Indonesia he never had American history in his curriculum, a fact that has become blaringly obvious in the last 7 years.
Obama and the Lamestream media’s attack on the Southern battle flag is simply more Cultural Marxism. The War Between the States from its inception with the Fort Sumter attack by SC had absolutely nothing to do with slavery, it was the “Blockade of South Carolina” by the US Navy in effort to enforce a 40% tariff on Southern States to compel them to purchase industrial equipment from the North rather than their customers in Europe, who bought their agrarian produce. Read Lincoln’s first Inaugural. Obama is unaware of this because the Madrassa he attended in Indonesia did not teach American History.
Then Obama trotted out the inevitable gun control issue. The fact that all of these killers were and are insane, and we no longer incarcerate the insane, but let them walk among us, has not once been brought to light by the president or of the Lamestream. And neither has the fact that all these shooting took place in “Gun Free Zones”. Today nut cases and terrorists specifically choose gun free zones as their targets, after all those are a lot safer target.
It is fact that Obama did not go to Auroral CO, (12 killed 70 victims) Sandy Hook CT, (28 victims) or Boston MA, (264, 3 killed victims) but then those victims were all but one White. Obama did go the Charleston SC (9 Black victims) gave the eulogy for the pastor he then allocated $29 million for the nine victims survivors. That works out to $3,222,222.22 per victim. Compensation for others were; Aurora $120,833.33, Sandy Hook, $57,692.30, and Boston, $377,272,72 per victim. That is not to imply that the president should go to funerals, Black or White, but it points out the travesty in law and an ethical behavior as well as racial bias of our president. None of these people should have been given anything out of the public purse. This is not necessarily the fault of Obama he did not set the precedent. It has now been established as a national precedence and is wrong. Giving Black victims an average of over 8 times what was given to whites is racist.
Research indicates that compensation to victims came out of the Department of Justice; you know the one that was headed by super racist Eric Holder. DoJ release documents Wend. Feb. 13 2013, Tues. Dec. 17, 2013, Mon. Jan 13, 2014 all verify that Justice was the pay out agent. The US Department of Justice lacks the authority to grant monies for compensation to victims of anything. To writ: U.S. Constitution Article III Section 2, “The Judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under the Constitution….” Article I Section 1, “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives”. The Department of Justice and the executive is by the Constitution prohibited from making law and from spending money outside of the court systems.
The Executive and Department of Justice lack the authority to grant funds to anyone or anything outside expenses of the Executive Branch or Department of Justice. All spending by the government is restricted to the House of Representatives. These payments (Life Insurance) payments made without policies and without payment by recipients are illegal acts. Violation of the Constitution by an elected official is an impeachable offence. The fact that they have been racist in administration just makes it worse.
