(Before It's News)

It’s not hard to connect the dots between Sandy Hook attorney Monte Frank, Al Sharpton and the host of skulduggery that typifies the Sandy Hook hoax. Monte Frank of the Cohen & Wolf law firm in Danbury CT has been on a crusade to promote the anti-gun agenda since the Staged Sandy Hook massacre with his Team 26 bicycle tour.{C}{C} Monte Frank is also the Vice President of the Connecticut State Bar which seems to have emboldened him to not comply with Connecticut’s own statutes regarding continuances and postponements of hearings. Furthermore Monte Frank has aligned himself with Reverend Al Sharptons National Action Network (NAN) along with Eric Holder. That’s right the same Eric Holder that met with Governor Dan Malloy a few months prior to the Sandy Hook event. The same Eric Holder who ran guns down to the Mexican drug cartels in the Fast & Furious scandel.

Let’s take a look at Al Sharptons past…

MSNBC’S SHADY HOST AL SHARPTON’S LONG BILL OF GOODS, FROM TAWANA BRAWLEY TO PRIMETIME BY STUART STEVENS   6/3/13 [5]The Tawana Brawley case that captivated New York in the late eighties is a shocking reminder of the toxic mix racial exploitation and personal ambition can produce. The New York Times and Retroreport.org have just released a new 15-minute documentary on the despicable hoax, which should be required viewing for the NBC News executives who are heavily invested in rehabilitating a key culprit of this loathsome episode: the Rev. Al Sharpton. Brawley was 15 years old in 1987, when she was found in her hometown of Wappingers Falls, New York, with “Bitch,” “KKK,” and “Nigger” written on her stomach, her jeans burnt in the crotch, feces in her hair, and her tennis shoes sliced open. She said that she had been abducted and raped by a group of white men.

A trio of increasingly prominent, and radical, New York City black activists represented her and her family: attorneys Alton Maddox and C. Vernon Mason and the Rev. Al Sharpton. Brawley told them said that a cop had been one of her attackers, and Sharpton named that officer as Harry Crist Jr., a police officer from a nearby town who had committed suicide shortly after Brawley was found. Sharpton also named a local prosecutor, Steven Pagones, as one of the attackers. He offered no proof. Gov. Mario Cuomo dispatched a veteran prosecutor, Jack Ryan, to handle the case.

Brawley and her advisers refused to cooperate in any way with Ryan and his team. “That was the decision of the lawyers,” Sharpton says defensively in the Times interview. When asked why Brawley’s team would not meet with New York State Attorney General Robert Abrams, Sharpton said it would be “like asking someone who watched someone killed in the gas chamber to sit down with Mr. Hitler.” Sharpton later accused Ryan of kicking a blind man in a scuffle with demonstrators. Ryan was nowhere near the scene.

After a six-month investigation a grand jury found that the entire episode had been a hoax, with Brawley having defaced herself to avoid the wrath of her stepfather after staying out late to visit a boyfriend. Subsequently, both of her attorneys had their law licenses revoked (Mason for unrelated reasons) and Sharpton was found guilty of defamation in a lawsuit brought by prosecutor Steven Pagones, who quickly had been able to establish he had been nowhere near the scene of the alleged crime.

The Times documentary shows a wild-eyed Sharpton responding indignantly to a reporter’s question of what proof he had of the policeman’s guilt: “I have Tawana Brawley’s words,” he sneers. Instead of apologizing, Sharpton still asserts, a quarter century later, that he deserves credit for standing by the teen, asserting darkly in the Times documentary, “something happened.” The Brawley case inflamed racial tensions in America and left victims like the falsely accused Pagones in its wake. But it helped launch Sharpton’s career.

Instead of an isolated incident of bad judgment and hysteria, Sharpton’s behavior in the Brawley case is part of a life-long pattern. Sharpton was a key player inflaming the 1991 Crown Heights riots following the death of a young African-American who was hit by an ambulance driven by a Hasidic driver. Sharpton called Jews “diamond merchants” with “the blood of innocent babies” on their hands. A mob subsequently attacked and murdered an innocent Hasidic Jewish student visiting from Australia. (Twenty-five years later, he wrote a mealy-mouthed not-quite apology for his rhetoric.)

A few years later, an African-American Pentecostal church asked a Jewish tenant of a church-owned property, Freddie Fashion’s Mart, to evict one of his subtenants, an African-American-run record store. Sharpton led protests crying, “We will not stand by and allow them to move this brother so that some white interloper can expand his business.” One of the protesters attacked Freddie Fashion Mart, shot several customers, and started a fire that killed seven employees.

There are a lot of angry, twisted individuals in America and Sharpton is hardly alone in having spent decades vomiting hate, leaving innocent victims in his wake. What distinguishes Sharpton is the willingness of powerful people and organizations to look past the hate when they believe it may benefit them. The Democratic Party and its candidates for president in 2004 were perfectly content to have Sharpton appear in presidential debates. Not one candidate called Sharpton out for his outrageous history of hate.

And today one of the great American news organizations, NBC News, is spending millions of dollars to rehabilitate and promote Al Sharpton. Americans have been pretty good at sniffing out and discarding haters, but here is Al Sharpton on NBC and MSNBC being promoted as a credible source of information. Sharpton has gone from manipulating the news with vile accusations to delivering the news for NBC. When the Boston-bombing story broke, there was Al Sharpton delivering breaking news for MSNBC. “You would think that if he sold you such a terrible bill of goods for such a giant story that dominated the news for such a long time,” says former Village Voice journalist Wayne Barrett in the Times documentary, speaking to his journalist brethren, “that you would not show up at his next news conference with a camera.”

NBC has gone far beyond showing up. They have made the ethical and news judgment that Al Sharpton should be a credible news source for Americans. They have the right to make that decision, but what about the reason? Here’s a simple test that doesn’t involve market research or complicated board meetings. If you are an NBC exec and have kids, sit down with them and watch the Times documentary on Tawana Brawley. And when your kids ask why your colleague Al Sharpton is working for NBC, you can explain to them why everything you’ve tried to teach them about honesty, fair play, and decency is wrong and Al Sharpton is right. Good luck.

This is also the same Al Sharpton who went on National Television about the fraudulent rape accusations of the Duke lacrosse players. [1] Though he did not go to Durham, to say he was not involved was untrue, as he spoke out on national television about the case. Al Sharpton was also involved with the orchestrated Ferguson Missouri riots. [2] Unfortunately, what Ferguson got was MSNBC host and professional race-baiter Al Sharpton, who once again is using a local tragedy to sow his seeds of racial division and animosity.

But Sharpton isn’t exactly being welcomed with open arms in Ferguson.  He has been heckled more than once, with references to his corrupt past. The Ferguson Mayor, along with several other community leaders, really don’t want him there anymore, according to Newsmax. Below is a video from the families of Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown and Eric Garner regarding Sharptons real agenda…

What about Al Sharptons tax evasion?

[3] The New York Times show more than $4.5 million in current state and federal tax liens against him and his for-profit businesses. -11/18/14 I think you get the gist of Al Sharpton but there’s one more tidbit. Al Sharpton has been a paid FBI Informant which means he’s a paid shill that does not care about white or black, but green. He’s paid to influence people for pushing political agendas period! A relatively intelligent person must ask oneself, why is Monte Frank the Vice President of the Connecticut Bar and an avid anti-gun advocate associating with someone like Al Sharpton? The answer is clearly stated by people in the Al Sharpton video below. One man says about Sharpton “he’s a shakedown guy…it’s all about the shakedown man”. By the use of deductive reasoning we can state clearly and emphatically that Monte Frank by association, shares the same values and principles of Al Sharpton. Ethics and morals that are lower than the bottom of an outhouse and stinks to high heaven. For Monte Frank and his band of traveling Sandy Hook hoaxsters “it’s all about the shakedown man”.

CLEAR OBSTRUCTION [4] Its becoming blindingly obvious there is a concerted effort by Monte Frank of Cohen and Wolf as well as the Connecticut FOIA Commission Office of conspiring to commit Obstruction Of Justice. At the very least (after review of the information below) one should come to the conclusion, laws and statutes set forth by the very same Connecticut FOIA Commission Office are being circumvented or blatantly ignored in favor of Monte Frank and those he represents. This obstruction is not towards just Wolfgang Halbig, it is central to understand these hearings are on behalf of all citizens. The laws, orders and statues set forth are specifically outlined in the FOIA Order and should be in favor of the public’s interests rather than personal interests of representative Monte Frank of Cohen and Wolf. On March 30, 2015 1 day prior to the hearing date. A concerned citizen went to the Connecticut FOIA Commission Office to gain access to the files on the official FOIA request, made by Wolfgang Halbig 18 months prior. The citizen wanted to visually confirm and record the documents within the formal FOIA request files, to ascertain if a formal notification was issued to all parties concerned regarding the cancellation of the hearing date of March 31, 2015. Upon investigation it became very clear an official order was neither agreed upon nor formally sent to all parties concerned in the ORDER. (It is important to note these files were never given nor made available to Wolfgang Halbig, Complainant.) The information within this video is critical to acknowledge Monte Frank is in fact in a position to becoming the next appointed (by succession) President of the Connecticut Bar Association. Currently Monte Frank is in fact the Vice President of the Connecticut Bar Association. That being noted we can see that favoritism might play an important part on the considered agreement of continuance for Monte Frank, contrary to the state FOIA regulations and the ORDERS outline Statutes NOT allowing continuances. image

Monte Frank also has been identified as taking this disallowed continuance on the premise (revealed to Wolfgang by his then lawyer Paul Spinella as important/pressing business) of a vacation. While in fact it is a sponsored Bike Ride to Washington to collect donations in support of Gun Control on the American population, contrary to the United States Constitution. This continuance now appears on the surface as though preferential treatment was allowed to Monte Frank possibly based on his Connecticut Bar Association position.Ignoring the regulations by the Commission on both the ORDER and the FOIA Statures, for a Donation Ride For Gun Control should be at the very least considered as failure to comply with regulated laws. Consider also further charges of conflict of interest, obstruction of justice and preferential treatment…etc… by both the Commission and Monte Frank? As current Vice President on the Bar Association of Connecticut these recent events seems to indicate preferential treatment by the Commission on granting the continuance outside of stated law.

Please view this next video about Mr. Franks curious connections and friends. The stench of collusion and corruption is enough to make a critical thinker ask for a barf bag.
