This is a question I asked in regards to an upcoming post that they wanted posted ASAP….they seemed in a huge hurry to make a sudden statement…. Heather is currently reviewing the energy signature on that recent unsolicited message. 

Question: What is the rush? Is it the wave is almost here or is there a diplomatic issue at hand?

This formal diplomatic venture is not the issue of the rush.  As we stated the WAVE cannot be slowed; CANNOT BE STOPPED.  We COULD NOT EVEN IF WE WISHED
