OK . I finally got a decent paying job. I got today off for a UA ( pee test) and took it and passed SSSSOOOO I’m about to fire up a big fat doobie for the first time in 3 yrs. Hooray for me. I see guitar playing in my near future. Take it easy bro.

I’ve got a few myself, I’ve got a limited Washburn Dime3, southern cross edition, a flame painted Dean ML, both with Floyd rose floating tremolo’s, Seymour Duncan blade pickups in the bridge position and Dimarzio Jazz masters near the neck. I Also rock the B.C. Rich iron bird from time to time and write a lot of tunes of my epiphone acoustic.

Thanks THOTH. I’ve been playing for about 13 years or so. I put it down for about 6 months though and just started getting back into it lately. I either need a re-fretting job done on my strat or I just need to get a new neck altogether. I do a lot of bends and vibrato so some of them are so worn they aren’t sounding quite like the note that is supposed to be there.
Sounds like you have some nice lutes! I almost picked up a Washburn electric at the pawn shop the other day but I’m saving my pennies for either a new rifle or a smaller concealed carry piece. I used to be in a Punk/Reggae rock band. We played a couple shows together before calling it quits. We did a lot of NOFX covers and some of our own tunes too. After that I was in a metal band but we just couldn’t seem to agree on anything so it didn’t work out. Our drummer was working all the time. Now I guess I do a bit of everything. Some metal, jazz, blues and blues rockish type stuff. My buddy has a bunch of synth keyboards, a drum machine and a bass so sometimes we’ll get together and just kinda jam around recording things and whatnot. Wish I had more time to jam but I’m trying to get some rooms remodeled in my house and it’s been sucking my free time up.

I’ve been playing about the same amount of time, and oddly I put it down for about 6 months as well. Nofx is pretty awesome, I was fortunate enough to see them a few times in the late 90′s. These days I am partial to metal, iron maiden, megadeth, pantera, and such…Dimebag Darrell was always my favorite. I found his ‘rhythm and bruise’ southern style amazing. I was fortunate enough to play in a couple bands as well. A punk type band, and a rap/metal type band which was a lot of fun. We wrote our own tunes and played some shows. Our bassist was an aspiring ship captain and had to leave for Barbados to finish his training. Everyone eventually had to get their priorities straight, so the bands eventually broke up. Like you, I wish I had more time to jam these days.

I wrote down the link though so I can listen to it later when I make it home. It sounds like we’ve had very similar paths in music.
Here is the band I used to be in. I had a falling out with one of them and the name changed. They went from punk to more of a reggae rock sort of outfit after that. I’m on good terms with the person I had the falling out with now though. I wasn’t involved with recording the album but it would give you an idea as what I was up to.
Listen to Bioluminescense and Jawbone. Trainwreck is great too. They’re all good. I think you’ll dig it.

There is a fundamental contradiction in the “free market” when a bank like JP Morgan can “short” silver using NOTHING of value to do it, (therefore no RISK) and while forcing the price down, purchase it in the millions of ounces making it scarce in physical form, which if there was a REAL free market, this action would INCREASE the silver price, but “officially” it doesn’t.
These scumbag Banksters have created a false narrative we as individuals have ADOPTED as if it was ours, and allow these fraudsters to steal from our hard earned wealth.
It’s like stealing a candy from a child, what they are doing to the masses of people in the world.
WE CAN STOP IT BY CHANGING THE NARRATIVE!!
It is inside our own heads the solution to this scam. We just need to develop a different narrative that qualifies what banks are doing as the crime it is. The MONEY SUPPLY currently is being generated by retail banks AS DEBT. In fact we’re being ENSLAVED by the banks in the process of using OUR OWN MONEY SUPPLY.
One solution is to use silver and gold coins, but as we’re seeing banks are also accumulating millions of pounds of the metals, and to compete with anyone who is allowed to create money out of nothing, as the banks are with the Fractional Reserve Banking System, it’s impossible.
CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE FINAL SOLUTION. It is the realization by enough people of the SCAM we’re all enslaved into, what will be the end of their FRAUD.
Fiat digital local currencies can be liberating, if they are used outside the Debt-Based money generated by the CABAL of financial crooks. Asset-based digital money can be much more liberating than silver and gold if the producers create the correct amounts for the size of the economy. The “asset” is based on the strength of the society is generating it. How efficient are its rules and how educated its human resources, the judicial system, the administration’s honesty and efficiency is what gives any currency its strength.
