TN: Man with .357 stops Intruder armed with Shotgun

As the victim neared the small hallway in his kitchen, he saw a 6-foot tall subject wearing a dark colored hoody who was holding a shotgun. The victim grabbed his .357 Magnum and fired a single shot at the unwelcomed intruder. It is not thought if the intruder was hit by the bullet, but it was confirmed to have entered the laundry room wall. After the shot was fire, the burglar fled the scene.
