(Before It's News)

Kicking off our countdown is number 10, The Aids Virus Was Created in A Laboratory.  Based on the theories of Dr William Campbell Douglass, many believe that that HIV was genetically engineered in 1974 by the World Health Organisation. Dr Douglass believed that it was a cold-blooded attempt to create a killer virus which was then used in a successful experiment in Africa. Others have claimed that it was created by the CIA or the KGB as a means to reduce world population.  Let’s just say it is manmade because you get it by passing it from person to person am I right?
“Paul is dead” is an urban legend alleging that Paul McCartney died in a car crash 1966 and was replaced by a look-alike and sound-alike. “Evidence” for McCartney’s death consists of “clues” found among the Beatles’ many recordings. Hundreds have been cited at various times by various people.
They include statements allegedly heard when a song is played backwards, symbolism found in obscure lyrics, and ambiguous imagery on album covers. A few of them are well known, such as the fact that McCartney is the only barefooted Beatle and is out of step with the others on the cover of Abbey Road, pictured.
In an era considered the forefront of the Rock Genre, coming in at Number 8 is that Elvis Faked His Own Death.
A persistent belief is that “the King” did not die in 1977. Many fans persist in claiming he is still alive, that he went into hiding for various reasons. This claim is allegedly backed up by thousands of so-called sightings. The main reason given in support of the belief that Presley faked his death is that, on his grave, his middle name Aron is spelt as Aaron. But “Aaron” is actually the genuine middle name for Presley. Apparently, either Presley or his parents tried to change the name to “Aron” to make it more similar to Presley’s stillborn twin, Jesse Garon Presley.
A conspiracy in which powerful and secretive groups (the Illuminati, the Bilderberg Group and other shadowy cabals) are plotting to rule mankind with a single world government. Many historical events are said to have been engineered by these groups with one goal – the New World Order (NWO). The groups use political finance, social engineering, mind control, and fear-based propaganda to achieve their aims. Signs of the NWO are said to be the pyramid on the reverse of the Great Seal of the United States, strange and disturbing murals at Denver International Airport, and pentagrams in city plans. International organisations such as the World Bank, the IMF, the European Union, the United Nations, and Nato are listed as founding organisations of the New World Order.
Have you ever heard a ringing in your ear?  Ever thought the weather changes were a bvvit bizzare?  Well coming into our list is a device that uses Ultra Low Frequency Waves on our ionsphere that some believe can control both mind and weather.  This device has come in at number 6, HAARP, located in Gakona, Alaska.

HAARP is the US equivilant to a project that the Russians already beat us to years before it, when radio operators heard w woodpecker sound and pinpointed it into russia.  California was in a drought from 1987 to 1992 when these were heard.  The US Equviland project HAARP can focus microwaves into the ionsphere and alter the jet stream patterns, bringing weather warfare into reality.
Those lines in the skys that planes make may not be what it seems if these conspiracy theorists get their way.  halfway into our list coming in at number 5 is Chemtrails.   Even the word chemtrails underlines when trying to type it out because it is not recongized as a real word.  Photographs of chemtrails have sprung up everywhere and the conspiracy theory is gaining ground.  Many believe the government is spraying them, making them sick, or even altering the weather.
When confronted with the number of streams vs the nuymber of engines on the plane hit conspiracy theorists, they backfired and said that it’s in the exhaust, the government contracts the airline industry to spray for them.  So next time you see those lines criss-crossing in the sky and making their own game of Tic-Tac-Tow, just remember this theory.
Number 4 has created a lot of controversy over the years, even had a anstronaut punch someone in the face for accusing him of hiding evidence.  That evidence lies with the conspiracy theor that NASA Faked The Moon Landings.

Some of the theories surrounding this subject are that the Apollo astronauts did not land on the Moon; Nasa and possibly others intentionally deceived the public into believing the landings did occur by manufacturing, destroying, or tampering with evidence, including photos, telemetry tapes, transmissions, and rock samples; and that Nasa and possibly others continue to actively participate in the conspiracy to this day.
Those who think that Nasa faked some or all of the landings base their theories on photographs from the lunar surface which they claim show camera crosshairs partially behind rocks, a flag planted by Buzz Aldrin moving in a strange way, the lack of stars over the lunar landscape and shadows falling in different direction. Many commentators have published detailed rebuttals to the hoax claims, and these theories have been generally discounted.
What has caused everyone to look in the sky and wonder if we are alone in the universe started circulating even stronger in the most famous UFO case in history.  Number 3 is the Roswell Incident.
Sometime in July 1947 something from the sky crashed on a ranch in Roswell New Mexico.  Numerous witnesses reported seeing metallic debris strung about the ranch and one even reported seeing a fiery blaze crashing down into earth.
The conspiracy theory is fanned by the US Military repeatedly chansing its storm.  Within hours of the army telling reporters that it had recovered a crashed saucer, senior officers insisted that the only thing that had fallen from the sky was a weather balloon.
During a motorcade in Dallas, TX on November 22nd 1963 A US president was fatally wounded by gunshots and the questions of who and why still exists to this day.  Number 2 is The Assassination of John F. Kennedy.

The Warren Commission spent 10 months investigating the case with a conclusion that the president had been assasinated by Lee Harvey Oswald, who was shot dead by Jack Ruby while in police custody.
Clues within an 8mm video supported something interesting … that four shots were fired and from different directions than those supposedly fired by Oswald, backed by eyewitness accounts of that day.  Many believe that several shots were fired by gunmen hiding behind a picket fence on a grassy knoll overlooking the plaza.
It was not until 1979 that the House Select Commitee on Assasinations found both the FBI and Warran Comission reports to be seriously flawed and concluded that indeed four shots were fired at Kennedy, backing the fact that this is one of the strongest conspiracy theories that exists to this day.
And earning the number one spotted in our list was something that had impacts all over the world and the pieces to the puzzle still have not been answered.  The Top Conspiracy Theory today is that September 11, 2011, or 9/11
Because of the power of the web in this day and age along with live broadcast in elevation surrounding the events of 9/11, when terrorists attacked the World Trade Center in NEw York and the Pentagon in Washington D.C., it has surpassed the Roswell and JFK conspiracy theories in popularity.

AL Qaeda came forward to say that it had planned, organized, and carried out the attacks, led by Osama Bin Laden.  However despite this, several official and unoffical investigations surrounding the structural failure of the Twin Towers and that eyewitness accounts from firemen, policemen, and those whom where in the towers at the time, claim to have heard explosions below the aircraft impacts, before the collapse of the towers.
The same goes for the Pentagon, with a group called the 9/11 truth movement stating that the Pentagon was not hit by an airliner and that the hole on the side of the building suggests a missile may be to blame.
Many questions are still yet unanswered and the future still holds onto many trying to figure out
