You are guilty!

The American system of criminal justice is rightly named: It is criminal and run by criminals.

Is that hyperbole? Maybe. Maybe not.

America is a prison nation. One in 3 Americans will be arrested by the age of 23, many of them arrested on “crimes” including truancy and misbehaving in school. 

The faux war on drugs has ensnared millions of Americans for the non-crime of possessing parts of a plant.

America’s rate of incarceration exceeds that of South Africa and Iran. In America, people can be and have been arrested for taking raw milk across state lines, selling “unapproved” rabbits, growing pigs the wrong color, uprooting a plant on their own property or draining their own pond.

According to Harvey Silverglate, author of “Three Felonies a Day: How the Feds Target the Innocent,” you can commit a federal crime in America and not even know it. People are targeted and a crime is found to fit.  

He writes: “[I]tis only a slight exaggeration to say that the average busy professional in this country wakes up in the morning, goes to work, comes home, takes care of personal and family obligations and then goes to sleep, unaware that he or she likely committed several Federal crimes that day.”

Alabama is an open carry state. Concealed carry is legal with a permit issued by each county’s sheriff; but the permit is a “shall issue,” and the sheriff must provide a valid and lawful reason for permit denial.

The Legislature in its session earlier this year revised the state’s gun laws, ostensibly to reinforce the state’s stance as a 2^nd Amendment-supporting state. But the state’s Department of Transportation would have none of that. It has just issued a rule designating the state’s rest areas along interstates and highways as gun-free zones.
This directly conflicts with the state law, which states that only the Legislature is empowered to make laws regarding firearm restrictions. And rest areas aren’t included in the list of restricted areas.

So travelers can be legally carrying a weapon one minute; but once they pull into the rest area, they become criminals. Of course, they are also criminals and subject to arrest if they relieve themselves on the side of the road.

The FBI recently admitted its forensics department gave flawed testimony for more than 20 years. Judges are above the law. They can and do cheat, and they can and do cheat in collaboration with the prosecutor and defense attorney.

Judges can and do ignore evidence or deny its admission, twist rules and procedure, obstruct the record, ignore facts, suborn perjury, and misapply the law. Once a prosecutor or investigator determines a suspect, he or she pursues that suspect’s guilt, regardless of the evidence.

As a defendant, unless you have money, your defense depends upon the evidence granted your attorney that the prosecutor produces for you. Public defenders rarely if ever investigate anything. If the prosecutor “forgets about” or “loses” exculpatory evidence, you are out of luck.

Once an arrest is made, prosecutors can and do issue press releases and make public statements insinuating the suspect’s guilt and casting aspersions on the suspect’s character and motives. This poisons the potential jury pool. The suspect, lacking access to the press and likely — and rightly — advised by counsel against making public statements can make no public defense.

At the 106^th annual NAACP convention on Tuesday, President Barack Obama called on the prosecutors, judges and police to reform the system. What a joke. They are the system and they corrupted it.

Lawyers are really parasites on the system they created. They win whether you are the plaintiff or defendant unless, of course, your case is on contingency.

If you don’t like the system (cover name “democracy”), you can blame the lawyer cult because they created it for themselves and the system. The system is not 100 percent lawyers, but almost, including all the way up to the Supreme Court.

The history of America is a history of lawyers manipulating the system toward and in favor of federal power. According to the book “Sweet Land of Liberty” by Henry Holzer, all significant issues in America –since its Founding Fathers — were decided (manipulated) toward and for the federal government and federal power.

Every issue is decided on the psychodrama of social conditioning. If you think certain thoughts negative to the system and they can be drawn out, you will lose every time. Never let the system know what you are thinking. You have to speak in the prescribed thought control manner.

Lawyers carry the torch of cultural conditioning. They are bound to the system, controlled by the system, and owe their existence and livelihood to the system. No matter what’s in their hearts, they have to play the game. Most of them want to anyway because that’s where the bucks are.

Never forget that all lawyers are officers of the court. This simply means that when the chips are down, the house wins with every lawyer on the side of the court and the court represents the system, not you.
